Over Memorial day weekend I picked up a friend to carpool to our annual girls weekend on Lake Huron and she got in the car with the prettiest yellow frozen drink. She shared with me her recipe, frozen mangos, citrus, and fresh mint – that was it! Ever since I have been making it on repeat, it’s sweet and fresh and too good not to share.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup frozen mango
juice from 1 lime or 1 lemon
2 sprigs of fresh mint
1 cup milk
1/2 cup ice
DIRECTIONS:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and enjoy.
This recipe makes 1 large smoothie or enough for 2 to share.
